Boston Children's Chorus Concert, May 22

The Boston Children's Chorus will hold their annual concert on Sunday, May 22, 2011, at 2 p.m. Concert is free and will take place at The Strand Theatre (543 Columbia Road, Dorchester, MA 02125)!

The Boston Children's Chorus was founded in 2003 by Hubie Jones, a civic leader who for almost five decades had labored to address the social problems facing Boston's underserved children and communities. Today, over 350 singers represent over 50 of Boston's urban and suburban neighborhoods by participating in ten different choirs of four Boston locations: the South End, Allston-Brighton, downtown Boston and Dorchester.
