MyDorchester Business of the Month, October 2010: Repeat Boutique
In an effort to support local business, especially those businesses that give to the Dorchester community, MyDorchester features a Business of the Month. Businesses are selected based on three criteria: contribution to the Dorchester community, quality of service/product, and being locally owned in Dorchester.

Repeat Boutique is a designer consignment shop that "offers an alternative to shopping in the department stores" and "a little bit of something for everyone." It boasts a quality selection of men’s and women's clothing and shoes, house wares, small furniture and a stunning jewelry collection.
Welcoming "Open" signs and a trendy outdoor display greet customers as they walk up to the store on Neponset Street. Once inside they will find a chic yet comfortable boutique tastefully organized with wonderful items at very reasonable prices. Tracey, owner, receives all customers with a smile and maintains a constant approachable presence in the store.
Recently opened in May of 2009, Repeat Boutique lets nothing go to waste, encouraging its customers to go green, recycle, and make some money too!
It's easy to consign with Repeat Boutique - bring in your brand name items in perfect condition and receive 40% of each item that is sold (see other guidelines on the website). Tracey, the owner, offers a personal touch to the process and will work with you to set a selling price and with other steps along the way. And if the items aren't sold in 90 days, Repeat Boutique pays it forward and the items are given to local charities in need.
