Free tax clinics begin Saturday, January 16, 2010 at the Codman Square Tech Center, 450 Washington Street, Dorchester, and at Dorchester House Multi-Service Center, 1353 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester.

January 16, 2009 through April 14, 2010
Codman Square Tech Center (450 Washington St.) and Dorchester House Multi-Service Center:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 4pm -- 8pm
Codman Square Tech Center (450 Washington St.):
Saturdays, 9am -- 2pm
Dorchester House Multi-Service Center:
Saturdays, 9am -- 12pm
Don't Forget to Bring:
- Social Security card or individual Taxpayer ID Number (ITIN) for you, your children and/or spouse
- Proof of health insurance - bring your 1099HC or health insurance card(s) for you and your family
- All W2 forms
- All 1099 forms - 1099G (unemployment) and 1099R (pension payments)
- All 1098T forms (tuition payments) and receipts for materials and books
- Total student loan interest paid (1098E)
- Total child care expenses in 2009, and name, address, Employer Identification Number (EIN) or SSN of child care provider(s)
- Total rent paid in 2009
- Any mail from the IRS
- A copy of last year's tax return
- Your bank account and routing numbers to direct deposit your refund
NEW THIS YEAR:
- Total real estate taxes paid in 2009
- If you bought a car after February 16th, 2009: proof of sales taxes and fees paid
- For first time homebuyers : your closing documents
