Youth Work Intensive Conference @ UMass Boston | March 13 & 14
The 11th Annual Youth Work Intensive Conference, sponsored by Health Resources in Action, will be taking place March 13th and 14th, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day at UMass Boston, in the Ryan Lounge of McCormack Hall. Registration for the event closes March 2nd.
The Youth Work Intensive (YWI) Conference is a 2-day conference for youth workers that offers a series of skill building workshops focused on the knowledge and practice of youth work. At the conference you can participate in sessions focused on skill development, promising practices, and tools for everyday use facilitated by leading practitioners in the field. The Conference is intended for professionals from various sectors of the field and seeks to build skills in response to program practices. It also addresses the need for accessible, affordable training. The YWI is for ALL youth work practitioners. These professionals work with youth to promote developmental outcomes.
