Mission:

The Leahy-Holloran Community Center is a non-profit organization. The center has been serving the Dorchester Community since October 1973. We serve Pre-Schoolers, children, teens, adults and the elderly.

During the academic year we offer Pre-School/K1, childrens' after school activities, adult classes and a teen center. Some of the programs currently available are swimming lessons for adults and children, children’s drawing classes, adult computer classes, sewing lessons, line dancing, water aerobics, adult and children ceramic classes.

The name of the Murphy Community Center was changed to the Leahy-Holloran Community Center in 2009.
