Operation ABLE | August 17th

Summer is no  break when renewing your career. Operation ABLE offers mature workers 45+ job training, job search and interviewing skills.  New classes are starting August 17, 2015. Mature workers are invited to a free Orientation Session every Wednesday at 10am at 174 Portland Street 5th floor. Since 1982, Operation ABLE has assisted 33,000 job seekers find work. Be one of those people today! 

Classes start August 17, 2015 for:

Skills2Work Training, a 12-week customer service training program, with a follow up six-week internship, to prepare for positions as receptionists, call center receptionists and administrative assistants.

Medical & Healthcare Office Training, a 12-week course teaching the essentials of working in a medical office as a patient service coordinator, practice assistant and medical office receptionist, followed by a six-week internship.

Classes start September 14, 2015 for:

ABLE Beginnings, a six-week computer skills program teaching how to apply for jobs online, how to create resumes and cover letters, and how to interview.

At Operation ABLE, job seekers meet with a counselor or job coach to get started on the process of getting back to work.
