The Department of Neighborhood Development is having a community meeting where all are welcome to explore ways to re-use the Grove Hall Branch Library. The DND will look for input from community members in order to issue "Request for Proposals" for the Grove Hall building.

Healthworks Community Fitness hosts our Annual coat Drive on Thursday, December 11th. Women, children and men in need of coats are welcome!

We have two distribution sessions: 

Morning distribution: 10:30am-1pm

Evening distribution: 5:30pm-8pm

KidsFest | March 15

BEFF presents KidsFest at the Adams Street Library located at 690 Adams Street, Dorchester,Saturday, March 15 from 11am - 12:30pm. This event is suitable for children five and up. Come see funny and beautiful animations for kids. One hour of short films about our planet followed by a hands-on, take-home activity. Although registration is not required, there are limited seats for this free event. Children that will be participating must be accompanied by an adult.
