Planting Daffodils in Franklin Park | November 2

Saturday, November 2 10am -1pm at the Valley Gates Parking Lot in Franklin Park. The Franklin Park Coalition will be planting daffodils, pulling invasive trees and cleaning up the park to keep it safe and healthy. College students and community neighbors are encouraged to come out and volunteer in the beautiful fall weather. All ages can help.

Join th Bowdoin Geneva Alliance, Bowdoin Geneva Main Streets, The Catholic Charities Teen Center, and Dorchester Bay EDC on Tuesday, October 29 at the Catholic Charities Teen Center, 287 Bowdoin Street from 8am-10am.

 

The small Business Resource Roundup is a morning tour of programs that provide resources to local merchants in the Greater Dorchester area. This event is designed to bring organizations together with resources to help each other achieve goals.

Love & Limits in Early Childhood | October 16

Attention Parents and Guardians.... The Early Childhood Development Series would like to invite you to attend the Love & Limits in early childhood discussion. This will take place, October 16 from 6pm-8pm at the Boys & girls Club of Dorchester (1135 Dorchester Ave.). This group focuses on the critical area of social and emotional development and gives strategies for parents to support their child's needs in order to provide a foundation for future learning, strong relationships and psychological and emotional health.
