Together We Stand: Public Safety Meeting Part II | Aug. 15

Let your voice be heard as we connect neighbors to join the fight and Stand Together

We’ll talk about how our families, homes, and community shaped our sense of safety. Join community activist from TNT United/ Boston Project Ministries, community service officers from the Boston Police Department, and more. We also want to hear from you: What does public safety mean to you? How do we make Codman Sq & Four Corners safer?

No boring presentation, only story telling and open dialogue! Free food and music too!

Estate Planning | April 21

Codman Square NDC is offering this workshop as part of CSNDC's Keeping Codman Affordable campaign to stabilize the community against gentrification and displacement. This workshop will offer homeowners the opportunity to learn more about the importance of using their home and other assets to better their economic position and continue to build wealth.

Four Corners Plaza Public Meeting | June 17

Codman Square NDC is proposing to construct a mixed-use, affordable housing development in Dorchester consisting of a four-story building at 10–18 Bowdoin Street, with 28 affordable rental units and a commercial/retail space and three affordable rental townhomes at 100–104 Bowdoin Avenue. In addition, the development will have parking for up to 42 total spaces on-site/off-street.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

Green Codman Square! Make it walkable, workable, well-built and full of beautiful green spaces!

A new partnership between local organizations Codman Square NDC and Talbot Norfolk Triangle Neighbors United (TNTNU) and local and national agencies has been formed to unite the community around a vision of becoming a model sustainable urban neighborhood based on the best of LEED‐ND practices. The public is invited to take part in two evening planning sessions on October 1 and 3 that are part of a larger planning charette to bring an innovative design to the Talbot Norfolk Triangle area. These evening meetings will take place at the Great Hall in Codman Square (6 Norfolk St.) from 6 – 8 p.m. on Oct. 1 and 6:30 – 8 p.m. on Oct. 3. Millenium Ten Kickoff Event Oct. 29

Join the Millenium Ten Initiative for a fun-filled Saturday afternoon to kick off Millennium Ten's 100 Days Campaign! The event will be on October 29, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will welcome members of the Millenium Ten Coalition, community leaders, and especially residents of Dorchester! The 100 Days campaign will engage 100 residents in one-on-one conversations to discuss Codman Square/Four Corners past, present, and future. From these discussions work groups will be formed around prevalent themes.
