Human Nature Outdoor Yoga

This summer, explore your inner nature with outdoor yoga in some of Boston’s most beautiful neighborhood parks. Experience the elements and energy of the Earth with gentle poses, deep breathing and meditation for people of all ages and levels.

Easy Yoga and Meditation | June 28
