Healthworks Community Fitness Family Holiday Party

The wonder of the holiday season is here, and Santa Claus is coming to town!

Join Healthworks Community Fitness for holiday cookie decorating, hot cocoa, arts and crafts, stories, and of course...SANTA. Families with children of all ages are welcome!

This event will take place on Saturday, December 1 from 11 AM - 1:30 PM at Healthworks Community Fitness | 450 Washington Street, Dorchester.

For over 40 years, the Freeport Adams Neighborhood Association has been working in the Fields Corner community, bringing people together around concerns and issues, that impact the neighborhood. Tonight, we celebrate!

We invite you to our annual Christmas Party:

Healthworks' 2014 FallFitFest Fundraiser!

On Friday, November 7th, 6-8:30pm, Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women will host a co-ed fitness fundraiser at its four clubs to raise awareness and funding for the nonprofit it founded, Healthworks Community Fitness (HCF) ! Healthworks members and community guests (including men) are invited to this two-hour fitness extravaganza that includes a variety of fun and diverse workouts led by Healthworks instructors and trainers and open to all levels of fitness.

Participants will move through 4 different 20 minute classes over the course of the 2 hour event and may attend at any of Healthworks Fitness Center's four locations. The festivities at each location will include a live DJ, food from Panera Catering, Zico Water and wine!

Memorial Roller Disco Tribute Party | July 18

Come celebrate the life and work of Boston's own Donna Summer at City Hall Plaza for a Memorial Roller Disco Tribute Party on Friday, July 18th, 2014 from 6 PM - 10 PM. The event is free include special musical guests, and skate rentals. For more info visit.. 

2014 Marathon Team Kick-off Party | January 22

Wednesday, Jan. 22 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Celebrate with the large FPC team of 2014 Boston Marathon runners and help them get a running start for their fundraising. It’s an all-you-can-eat pizza party at Bella Luna with door prizes, raffles, and cash bar. It’s 6-9pm with pizza till 7:30pm. Bella Luna is in the Brewery in JP, 284 Amory Street.
 
$15 individual tickets or $35 for families in advance, $20 and $45 at the door.

Victoria's Diner Celebration | Nov. 8

Join Percival Beer Company at a free event Friday night at Victoria's Diner. The event will celebrate the contribution of Victoria Diner towards the city of Boston. The diner has been around since 1949! Also, to celebrate the introduction of Dot Ale 1630 and Kompadre Lager at Victoria's Diner.
 
There will be free (generous) beer samples, a red carpet photo op, gift bags, free aps, live music and various photographic displays of Boston's landscape.

Franklin Park Zoo will be celebrating Beau The giraffe's  15 birthday on September 22 between 11am - 3pm. Guest can sign his birthday card, while enjoying his birthday cake (provided by Konditor Meister). This a great opportunity to learn more and ask questions about the Giraffe Savannah exhibit.
