BCYF Leahy-Holloran Community Center is hosting a FREE Mother-Daughter Self-Defense workshop! For girls age 8-18, make sure your daughter knows how to protect herself in dangerous situations! This workshop includes basic self-defense strategies that will help young girls respond to a variety of unsafe situations.

 

When: Wednesday, June 17th

6:00PM-8:00PM

Defensive Aids in Situations of Help | January 22

Suffolk County Sheriff Steven W. Tompkins is empowering women* to protect themselves, and each other through DASH ( Defensive Aids in Situations of Help).
 
D.A.S.H. is a free self-defense training seminar for women who seek a greater sense of security and confidence.
 
The seminar will be held  Wednesday, January 22nd from 5:30-8:30pm at the Grove Hall Community Center (51 Geneva Ave in Dorchester, Ma 02121).
