Item #1: Grocery Store Initiative Update
The Grocery Store Initiative is an opportunity for coalition members to be active in promoting healthy beverages through the Rethink Your Drink campaign. The REACH Coalition Health Champion teams will provide updates on five area grocery stores they are engaging.

Item #2: Parks Count Update
Learn where the Parks Count process is taking us! On September 6, 2014, the Boston Public Health Commission, community stakeholders and over 300 volunteers came together for the City of Boston's first Parks Count. Parks Count tracked park usage to better understand who is using Boston's parks, what features the parks are being used for, and establish measures for new community programs and health initiatives.

Item #3: Physical Activity in Boston!
Hear from the Boston Public Health Commission and learn about the Summer Fitness Series, Playways and Fit Kits. These great resources are available to community members and residents to make your summer more active!

Item #4: Motivation and Exercise!
We will lead a group discussion about overcoming barriers to lead an active lifestyle. Learn about tips and tricks to incorporate movement throughout the day. We will discuss SMART goals, motivation and will end with movement exercises you can use at home or on the go!
