GH2 Back To School Cookout, Aug. 31

Join Grove Hall Getting Healther (GH2) for a Back to School Cookout featuring food, prizes, games, back to school supplies (bags, pens, notebooks, etc.) and celebration! The GH2 cookout takes place on Wednesday, August 31st, 2011, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 320A Blue Hill Ave., Dorchester, MA 02121. Go up Lawrence Ave. and you will see the group in the parking lot.

Take two wheels to the street with Discovery Roxbury! The Summer of Cycling continues with the annual Roxbury's Main Streets bike tour on July 13, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Travel to the four corners of Roxbury - Mission Hill, Dudley Square, Grove Hall, and Egleston Square - to meet the people working behind the scenes at Main Streets. Hear about what's happening in each district and get recommendations for places to eat and shop. At the end of the ride, hang out in Egleston Square for a concert performed by Opposite People. 3rd Annual Grove Hall Community Multi Cultural Festival, Jun. 25

Grove Hall CommunityThe 3rd Annual Multi Cultural Festival is here! The festival includes jazz, gospel, dance, hip-hop, R&B, spoken word and arts. This event is family friendly and welcomes anyone!
