Percival Beer Company Tasting | September 28

Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 3-5 PM, join Restaurante Cesaria, located at 266 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester, MA for an afternoon of beer tasting with Dorchester-inspired Percival Beer Company. You will have the opportunity to sample their brews and enjoy tasty treats provided by Restaurante Cesaria.

Bowdoin Geneva MultiCultural Festival | July 14

Join Bowdoin Geneva Main Streets for their Inaugeral Multicultural Festival! On  Saturday, July 14, the festival will be held at the Reverend Allen Park at the Corner of Church and Adam Streets in Dorchester from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. At the festival, you can enjoy: food, games, face painting, hip hop, rap, pop and funana music, Irish, Vietnamese, Cape Verdean, Batuque dances, Latino, Steelband rhythms, and family entertainment. Bowdoin/Geneva Town Hall Meeting | March 24

The Neighborhood Response Team of Bowdoin/Geneva and the City of Boston is inviting the public to "Rebuilding Bowdoin/Geneva Together", in order to meet the NRT and to learn why the group was formed.  There will also be a discussion of past accomplishments by the organization and an oppurtunity to share plans for moving forward.  

The meeting will be held at St. Peter's Teen Center, located at 278 Bowdoin Street, Dorchester, MA (rear building of Compass School).  For more information, please call 617.635.3404.

Holiday Jazz Night @ First Parish Church Dec. 9

Jazz on the Hill

On Friday, December 9, Bowdoin Geneva will have a jazz night fundraiser at First Parish Church in Dorchester, 10 Parish Street. The event is 7 to 11 PM. Tickets are $20. Bowdoin-Geneva Main Streets Meeting Oct. 12

On October 12, Bowdoin-Geneva Main Streets will be hosting a meeting from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at 200 Bowdoin St. and is a merchants and residents meeting. All are welcome to attend! The organization is always looking for new members. Meet and greet new friends and network with other businesses. Event will feature Guest Speaker Charlotte Golar Riche, Senior V.P. for Public Policy, Advocacy and Government at Youth Build; and Keynote Philip J. Carver, Associate Director of Community Relations, Economic Development, UMass Boston. Up and coming Harbor School poet Glorya Stanford-Wornum will read her work.
