Clean Air Fair @ VietAID Feb. 25

Harvard School of Public Health and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences are teaming up to bring you a Clean Air Fair at VietAID! Vietnamese Translation will be provided. At the fair, you will have the opportunity to:

 Test your air flow and chart how well you compare to your community.
 See a digital prediction of what you will look like if you smoke.
 See what a smoker’s lung looks like.
 Talk about steps you can take to help protect your air.
 Take real-time measurements of air pollution particles.

VietAid is located at 42 Charles Street in Dorchester. The event will take place from 10a.m. to 2p.m.

Meet the 4 At Large City Councillors, Nov. 5

Public Forum on Saturday, November 5, 2011: all 4 City Councillors at Large (Felix G. Arroyo, John R. Connolly, Ayanna Pressley, Stephen J. Murphy) will meet with Vietnamese residents in Dorchester, from 4PM to 6PM at the Vietnamese American Community Center, 42 Charles Street, Dorchester.
