Apply to Become a Union Carpenters' Apprentice
For spring 2012, there are opportunities to become a Union Carpenters' Apprentice! The New England Carpenters Training Fund (NECTF) will be conducting interviews to establish an "Eligible Pool of Apprentice Applicants." Interviews will be conducted in late March and early April of 2012. Additional interviews will be conducted as demand requires. Anyone age 17 or older, who is a High School graduate or has a GED is eligible to apply. High school seniors may apply with a letter from their school stating that they are eligible to graduate within three months. Women, minorities and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
In order to apply, applicants must attend an informational session. Informational Sessions run approximately one hour. Applications to become an Apprentice are distributed at the event.
