Are We So Racist?:   Exploring Boston's Reputation as One of America's Most Racist Cities

Over the years, Boston has become known as a "racist city". But, where does this story start? How does one of the most "liberal" cities in the country earn a title like this? And more importantly, what can we do about it? Come join your fellow dialogues participants in an open discussion about the race dynamics in our city and the changes we want to make in the future.

Don't forget to join us this Tuesday, June 25th, to: express your point of view, share in meaningful dialogue around a difficult topic, and to identify opportunities to take action.     Relevant articles will be distributed via email to those who RSVP

When: June 25, 2013 from 6:00-7:30PM

Where: Kuumba Library - 140 Clarendon St, Boston - 2ND FLOOR

Light refreshments will be served - Feel free to bring a brown bag dinner

** And don't forget that this is the date of the special election - vote!**

Community dialogue circles are a series of conversations about current events, hot button issues, and interesting articles related to race, ethnicity, and community in 2013. These conversations are designed for past dialogue participants and facilitators to come together to further explore relevant issues and continue the conversations started during the dialogue series.
