Biodiversity by Eating Bugs, Sep. 20

Join the Friends of the Blue Hills on Saturday, September 20 at 6:00 p.m. to explore the native and invasive plants of Ponkapoag Pond. About a mile into the walk, the group will take a guided walk through the unique ecosystems of the Ponkapoag bog, where soft peat extends through the ground and insect-eating plants await you. Meet at Ponkapoag Golf Course, 2173 Washington St, Canton for this wildlife tour! Don't worry - no bug-munching required. To register or with questions, contact biodiversity@FriendsoftheBlueHills.org or 781-828-1805.
