Free Chigong (Qi-Gong) Classes at the Fields Corner Branch Library Tuesdays at 6 pm.

The Fields Corner Branch Library is offering an free opportunity for all ages to learn Chigong (Qi-Gong) beginning this Tuesday October 12th at 6pm. Chigong is an exercise class with slow and gentle movement. You can learn how to practice meditation, controlled breathing techniques, and mind-body balance. Chigong can also help to improved circulation, flexibility and balance and may also reduce stress and enhance immune function, as well as improve blood circulation. Stop by any Tuesday at 6 pm and check it out!
