VietAID Lunar New Year (Tết) Event l Feb 20

Welcome to 2016, the year of the Monkey!  VietAID invites you to join them in celebrating the Lunar New Year (Tet). Tet is considered the biggest and most important festival for the Vietnamese people. This is a holiday bearing historical and cultural significance and is celebrated by time-honored traditions. VietAID annually hosts a Lunar New Year celebration, which always draws crowds of 250-300 people. This year will include traditional ceremonies, entertainment, children's games and, of course, food and drink.

 

Lunar New Year is celebrated as a family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving. Please come join VietAID to celebrate the New Year with the community!  The celebration will be held on  

Saturday, February 20th, 2016
