Bowdoin Geneva Food in the Hood Meeting | May 9

There will be a Food in the Hood Meeting on May 9 at the Bowdoin Street Health Center, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. The meeting will focus on gearing up for the summer season! The group will host the fourth Healthy Corner Store Challenge - Transformed Fried Chicken and Healthy Mac & Cheese. The meal will feature whole grain breadcrumbs and reduced fat cheddar cheese, both newly available at America's Food Basket on Bowdoin Street!

Ronan Park Kite and Frisbee Festival | July 14

Join your neighbors for the annual Ronan Park Kite and Frisbee Festival! On Sunday, July 14, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm there will be great activities at the Ronan Park Baseball Field. There will be more details as the event gets closer, but there will definitely be a neighborhood cook-out, and free kites for the first 25 kids to arrive.
