Mission:

The Friends of Geneva Cliffs includes local residents and community organizations who work together to make The Geneva Cliffs Urban Wild a safe, clean and inviting "natural area" for neighbors to enjoy. This is the only urban wild in our part of Dorchester, and we want to preserve this space for everyone's enjoyment. Through community organizing over many years, we raised funds from foundations and public agencies to restore the Cliffs from their long abandoned and overgrown conditions into an "urban oasis" with a walking trail, special plantings and educational signage, sitting areas, and space for special community events. Come take a walk, have a picnic, get some exercise and come by when you see the banner up for special community events.
