Sunday, December 8, Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy will host its second annual Academy Christmas Fair, 9:30AM - 3:00PM at St. Gregory's Auditorium, 2214 Dorchester Ave.
 
This event providdes full day of fun for the whole family including face painting, arts and crafts, and pictures with Santa! Tons of raffle items including theme baskets, restaurant gift certificates, and much more!

Victoria's Diner Celebration | Nov. 8

Join Percival Beer Company at a free event Friday night at Victoria's Diner. The event will celebrate the contribution of Victoria Diner towards the city of Boston. The diner has been around since 1949! Also, to celebrate the introduction of Dot Ale 1630 and Kompadre Lager at Victoria's Diner.

JFK Library Forum: The Legacy of JFK | October 24

Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM PBS' American Experience and The Atlantic, and the contributors Robert Dallek, Timothy Naftali, Nicolas Lemann, Thomas Mallon and Andrew Young will discuss the legacy of President Kennedy. Film clips will be shown from the upcoming American Experience documentary, JFK.

All forums are free and open to the public. Reservations for forums are strongly recommended. They guarantee a seat in the building but not the main hall. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors to the main hall open one hour before the program begins.

Sugar Skulls Craft | October 28

Monday October 28 from 4pm-5pm the Adams Street Library will be making Sugar Skulls. Sugar skulls are part of the Mexican Day of the Dead celebration during Halloween week. Make sugar skulls, then later in the week, paint them. Skulls will be yours to take home. All supplies provided.
