Full Life Gospel Center Health Fair Nov. 12

Full Life Gospel Center will be hosting a Health Fair on Saturday, November 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Full Life Gospel Center is located at 493 Washington Street in Dorchester. The fair will include health screenings for diabetes, blood pressure, prevention of lead poisoning, dental health, and additional information from the Mayor's Health Line. NHCS Health and Wellness Fair Nov. 3

Neighborhood House Charter School will be hosting a Health and Wellness Fair from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 3rd. There will be presenters from Franklin Park Tennis, Healthworks, Boston Public Health Commission, children's author Irene Smalls, and many more! There will be face painting, healthy snacks, blood pressure and dental screenings, as well as fun healthy sports activities with the school's physical education teacher. Everything is free!

Health & Wellness Fair Oct. 29

Boston Community Health will be hosting a Caribbean American Health and Wellness Fair at Unity Sports and Cultural Association on Saturday, October 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The fair will address the needs of the community and focus on increasing awareness of health related services and encouraging positive health behavior. There will be activities such as yoga, Soca Cardio, Karate, Acupuncture, Stress Free workshops and chair massages. Pre-registration for activities is encouraged but not required. You will also be able to find information about Senior Health, Preventative Care, AIDS Awareness, behavioral health, and nutrition and meal planning.

Hispanic Heritage Luncheon & Health Fair Oct. 12

Upham's Corner Health Fair Oct. 15

The Upham's Corner Health Fair will be held this year on October 15th in the Strand Theater. The event will offer the opportunity for help with health insurance assistance. The event will include free on-site blood pressure screening, diabetes, and cholestorol testing. There will also be music, prizes, healthy refreshments, along with balloons, clowns and face painting for kids, and a free raffle!
