Walter Mosley will make an appearance at the Roxbury Community College Media Center at 1234 Columbus Avenue. The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. He will read from his latest novel, "The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey." Mosley is one of the most admired writers in America today; having written over 34 critically acclaimed books, best known for his bestselling mystery series featuring Easy Rawlins. His work has been translated into 23 languages, and has written in diverse genres such as literary fiction, science fiction, political monographs, and a young adult novel. The evening is presented by PEN New England. Novelist and WGBH commentator Kim McLarin will be moderating this event, which is co-sponsored by Roxbury Community College and New England Blacks in Philanthropy. It is entirely free!
