Are you tired of the food options available to you in the Bowdoin/Geneva neighborhood? Do you travel outside of the neighborhood to buy better quality and/or affordable food? Are you interested in farmers' markets, community supported agriculture, community gardens, etc.? Food in the Hood monthly meetings are 2nd Wednesdays, except for in July, August, September and October when the farmers' market is happening. The next meeting will be on Wednesday, November 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Bowdoin Street Health Center, 230 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester.

The Dorchester Community Food Coop is supporting the second season of the Dorchester Winter Farmers Market! The Market will be open from 12pm to 4pm at the Codman Square Great Hall (Corner of Washington Street and Talbot Ave). This year will have more vendors than last year!
