Rose Kennedy's Family Album | December 16

On Monday December 16 between, 6- 7 p.m. Kathleen Kennedy Townsend and Thomas Fitzgerald share stories of Rose and Joe Kennedy (Townsend's grandparents and Fitzgerald's aunt and uncle) to launch the new book, Rose Kennedy's Family Album, featuring the Kennedy matriarch's personal photos spanning more than 60 years, from 1878 to 1946. Pulitzer Prize-winning former Boston Globe columnist Eileen McNamara moderates.

JFK Library Forum: The Immortal Life of Ted Williams | December 8

Sunday, December 8 at 2pm 12/08/2013 - 2:00pm, In honor of the Red Sox 2013 World Series Championship win, Ben Bradlee Jr. discusses his new biography of Ted Williams, The Kid, with former Boston Globe sports writer Bob Ryan. Bradlee is the winner of this year's PEN New England Cerulli Award for Excellence in Sports Writing.

JFK Library Forum: The Legacy of JFK | October 24

Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM PBS' American Experience and The Atlantic, and the contributors Robert Dallek, Timothy Naftali, Nicolas Lemann, Thomas Mallon and Andrew Young will discuss the legacy of President Kennedy. Film clips will be shown from the upcoming American Experience documentary, JFK.

McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies at UMass Boston, in partnership with the Kennedy Library will present a discussion of Joe Moakley Journey: From South Boston to El Salvatore. Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jon Meacham discusses his latest book, Thomas Jefferson: The Art of Power, with veteran journalist Mike Barnicle.
