Friday, December 13 there will be a free family fun day at the Kroc from 5pm-8pm. Bring the family down they will have access to the indoor gym, the indoor rockwall and the indoor waterpark.

Neponset Circle Tree Lighting & Holiday Celebration | December 7

 
 
On Saturday, December 7 @ 4:00 pm there will be a Holiday Celebration and Tree lighing! Special guest: Santa Claus will be on available for pictures, Pizza, soda & surpises!
 
The Neponset Circle Tree Lighting Party will be at the Neponset VFW Post , 362 Neponset ave. Dorchester, MA.
 
There will be fun the whole family will enjoy, This event is free and is open to the public.
 
 
 
 

Family Craft Night | November 18

Family Craft Night with their favorite crafts expert Michele Brooks. For autumn, they will be make a scarecrow craft. This program will be will be proceeded by a story time by librarian Chris at 6pm and then the crafts will begin at 6:30pm

Fall Leaf Raking | November 23

Come out and join in the fun at Franklin Park Fall Leaves Raking.
 
All ages welcome. Bring a rake and gloves if you have them, we'll have plenty for those who don't. 
 
Jumping in piles encouraged! 
 
We'll have hot chocolate if it's cold

Celebrating the Day of the Dead with Art | November 8

Friday, November 8, 2013, 3:30 – 4:30pm, make colorful 3D art sculptures using mixed materials with artist educators from the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA). Rethink the “everyday” and find out why the ICA’s building is sometimes called inside-out and upside-down.
For children ages 6 and up. Space is limited; please register with the children’s librarian.
