The CWC Builders property on New England Ave. has been vacant for over a year. As part of our Eco- Innovation District Initiative, we invited The Bowdoin Bike School to rent this property as a neighborhood bike shop. Meet the owner and hear about his vision for a safer, more bike-friendly Codman Square.
7:40 PM Codman Square Traffic Study Proposal - Liam Day

Codman Academy and Codman Square Health Center are advocating to the City of Boston for a neighborhood-wide traffic study, in light of traffic jams and a recent bicycle fatality on New England Ave. We will vote on whether or not to formally request the traffic study. There is a strong likelihood that following the study, changes to major roads in our neighborhood could be considered. TNT will remain in the process to ensure that our neighborhood is both safe and functional for  pedestrians, bicyclists and drivers.

The City of Boston is proposing to release a request for proposal for interested developers to build 4 new super-energy-efficient units of housing (also called E+ housing) within one building structure at 36-38 Colonial Ave. This would include two owner-occupied  units and two rental units. Is this the right type of housing for this location? Should it be sold at market rate or be required to be affordable? How does this relate to TNT's gentrification? What is your vision for green housing?
