Edible Plant Walk | May 23

fpc volunteer eating edible plants

Back by popular demand, local naturalist, Pam Kristan, and members of the Boston Food Forest Coalition will celebrate the return of spring on a relaxed foraging walk through Boston's legendary Franklin Park! Pam will guide us through the many edible layers of the woods as we observe and sample late May's finest offerings: greens! Be sure to bring your tastebuds, as Pam will bring a seasonal dish or two to share with the group! Dress for for outdoor walking. Meet at Valley Gates, the dirt parking lot midway along the park road across from the golf course and next to the Pierpont Road fork.

When: Saturday, May 23rd 11am-1pm.

Where: Franklin Park

2010 Columbus Ave, Dorchester MA
