Family Fall Gym 2014

What is Family Gym?

Every Saturday 10:00-11:30 AM , from Sept 27th-Nov 22nd
It's a FREE play program for families with children ages 3-8 to get up, out and moving together. Drop in, No pre-registration required. Adult participation is required during Family Gym. Fun and safety are our priorities.  Parents must remain with their children at all times.

Holland Community Center
85 Olney St. Dorchester
Parking available in the Holland Elementary parking lot., MBTA accessible.

On Nov 1 a special session will be held at GoKids Boston (!00 Morrisey Blvd., Dorcheseter, MA 02125) instead of the regularly scheduled session at BCYF Holland Community Center.

 

Boston City Singers Auditions

Auditions are now open for Boston City Singers's 20th season! Does your child love to sing? Boston City Singers welcomes singers ages 4-18 for our Dorchester-based after school chorus programs. Founded in 1995, Boston City Singers is now Boston's largest youth chorus, with over 500 young people enrolled in 17 divisions in the neighborhood locations where they live and attend school. Boston City Singers provides comprehensive sequential music instruction to make up for the lack of choral arts training provided during regular school hours, and weekly singing classes and chorus rehearsals are designed to provide singers with well-balanced performance, youth development, cultural exploration, leadership training, and community service experience. Singers, grouped by age and level, develop progressive mastery of skills, and emphasis is placed on personal discipline, teamwork, and group cooperation. >> Read More
