Rose's Garden at EMK | April 23

Author and illustrator, Peter H. Reynolds, will join The EMK Institute for a reading and signing of his book, The signing will be followed by flower making for the Institute’s garden.

About Rose’s Garden:

The forty-page “storybook for all ages” featuring Reynolds’ signature mix of pen, ink, watercolor and tea, is a tribute to Kennedy family matriarch Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy and to Boston’s 1.7-mile Rose Kennedy Greenway urban park that bears her name.

In the book’s foreword, penned just weeks before he passed away, Senator Kennedy wrote, “Peter H. Reynolds poignantly captures my mother’s enduring spirit in Rose’s Garden. May this powerful story and my mother’s beautiful greenway plant fresh seeds of hope and service for generations to come.”
