Take advantage of the free legal workshop that will be hosted at the Fairmount Innovation Lab! This workshop will be a two part class educating soon to be or current business owners about business types, permits/ licensing, contracts, and intellectual property.
When:
Each presentation will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m (Both Sessions)
SESSION 1: Wed. November 4: Entity Formation (becoming an LLC, non-profit, corporation, etc.) and Permitting and Licensing.
SESSION 2: Wed. November 11: Contracts (focusing on commercial leases) and Intellctual Property (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and patents).
