The MBLA has identified several prevalent issues impacting youth of color in grades 6 through 12 and has developed a program focused on positive interactions with law enforcement, stop and frisk, cyber-bullying and unhealthy teen relationships (domestic violence). This interactive program will allow youth to come together and voice concerns and personal experiences in these areas, gain knowledge on how to deal with these issues and collectively develop strategies and a plan of action on how to deal with these issues.
