Columbia-Savin Hill Meeting | April 2

The April 2nd Columbia-Savin Hill Civic Association meeting was held at Cristo Rey School on Savin Hill Ave, located very close to the Savin Hill T-station. The meeting had a large attendance of around 40 people. The meeting began with safety reports from Officer Keaney,. Philip DiSalvio, the dean of UMass Boston's University College spoke about the school's programs. UMass Boston has become a model for urban public education. Mission: 

Parents and caregivers of children under 5 are invited and encouraged to attend this weekly neighborhood playgroup. It is a great opportunity to connect with other local parents and give your child(ren) an opportunity to socialize with other youngsters. Come for support, conversation, even snacks! We have toys and equipment for children from birth to preschool and everyone is welcome.
