Huntington-Codman Summer Theatre Institute Presents: "Romeo & Juliet"

For the summer, 25-30 Codman students participate in an intensive theatre boot camp. Summer program participants are motivated to learn and explore in a theatre environment. This program leverages their enthusiasm, providing learning exercises and hands-on experience to help students understand and embody Shakespeare’s text. They also put together this play (Romeo & Juliet) by William Shakespeare and will be displaying it at the end of the program.

When: Thursday, July 28 and Friday, July 29 at 7pm

The Choice Is Yours | March 3 & 4

Please join Codman Square Health Center for an evening of dynamic performances, dialogue, and reflection on the impact that people’s identities and choices have on their sexual health.

"A Tribute to August Wilson," Jul. 28 and 29

Codman Academy Charter Public School and the Huntington Theatre Company cordially invite you to their 6th Annual Summer Theatre Institute, presenting "A Tribute to August Wilson." Evening performances will take place on Thursday, July 28 and Friday, July 29 at 7:00 p.m. There will also be a matinee performance on Friday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. All performances are free, open to the public and for all ages. The show takes place at The Virginia Wimberly Theatre at the Boston Center for the Arts, 527 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02116.  

"Justice and Injustice," Jun. 2

Codman AcademyCodman Academy Charter Public School presents Justice & Injustice, a “living museum” of exhibits created by students to show how people can fight modern-day injustices (like child marriage, rape, and violence against Syrian protesters) by using lessons learned from South African resistance movements.
