On Wednesday, December 7, there will be a community forum at the Great Hall, 6 Norfolk Street, the fourth in this year's series of annual citywide health forums. The forum is hosted by the Boston Public Health Commission and Codman Square Neighborhood Council, the Boston Alliance for Community Health, and BOLD (Breath of Life Dorchester) Teens. At the meeting, the latest Health of Boston report information such as the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, rates of resulting chronic disease, and recent health initiatives in the community and their impact. The event is free and open to all. Light dinner will be provided at no charge. For more information, please contact Aliza Wasserman at 617.534.7781 or by email, or Rev. Bill Loesch at 617.650.2049.
The meeting is an excellent opportunity to discuss health issues affecting the Dorchester community!
